Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and interpret directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize, transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and records.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect assets, including store cash, and enforce policies.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain safe, respectful environment and professional customer interactions.
• Meet cleanliness standards; restock bathrooms and floors; manage debris.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
