• Support sales growth and manage food and labor costs.
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Foster a positive, productive team environment and mentor staff.
• Build relationships with customers and the local community.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Assist with inventory management and product control.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.
