ON.com is seeking a Store Leader in Chicago who will be responsible for driving operational excellence and enhancing the fan experience. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of retail leadership experience and will leverage customer-centric operations and data insights to build brand loyalty.
This role offers a competitive compensation package between $100,800 and $106,400, as well as comprehensive benefits including medical and dental coverage, an industry-leading PTO package, and a competitive 401k program.
As the Store Leader, you are the strategic visionary and business owner for your store, ensuring every fan interaction delivers a moment of WOW. You are accountable for the entire store ecosystem, from driving commercial results to strategically positioning the store in the market by blending a community-driven environment with an individualized, elevated customer experience.
Reporting to the Area Leader on the Retail team, you will move the business forward with an entrepreneurial spirit, ensuring that premium standards are maintained in every detail of the store's operations and fan journey.

Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $100,800-$106,400. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location.
