Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in daily operations, lead a team, optimize merchandising, and boost profitability. You will manage inventory, ensure smooth customer service, and implement sales initiatives while maintaining Skechers’ standards across our retail locations.

You will work weekends and shifts as needed, with opportunities for career growth within Skechers’ global network and benefits discussed during interviews.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, food service, or hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and strong service.
• Ensure displays, layouts and merchandising meet Skechers standards.
• Monitor stock, restock efficiently and maintain the sales floor.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations.
• Drive revenue growth with performance strategies and clear expectations.
• Address issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
