Responsibilities

• Act as Brand Ambassador by embracing the company culture and developing relationships with clients and communities.
• Motivate and engage the store team by setting clear goals and expectations.
• Provide exemplary client service to create a customer-centric environment.
• Manage store operations to run efficiently and profitably.
• Recruit and hire top talent and train the team on selling skills and product knowledge.
• Conduct performance appraisals and coach in the moment to maximize sales.
• Plan and execute client outreach and use clienteling tools.
• Ensure effective use of the POS system and collaborate with District Manager.
