Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Store Manager in Illinois to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role requires flexible scheduling, including weekends, and oversight of payroll, budgets, and staff performance.

The successful candidate will have a retail management background, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles as needed.
