Qualifications

• Ability to lead and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and lead store operations.
• Accept leadership and support development and training of team.
• Assume responsibility when Manager is absent from the store.
• Maintain SOPs, schedules, and payroll accuracy.
• Ensure food service protocol and safety guidelines are followed.
