Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader for Vow'd Weddings in Estero, FL to act as the face of the brand in the local community. You will drive store performance through strategic planning, recruit and mentor a high-performing team, and cultivate relationships with partners to grow appointments and brand presence.

You’ll lead an energetic, service-focused team, emphasizing guest experience and operational excellence, while upholding the company culture that celebrates every win.

Bachelor's Degree.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
+2 years track record of leading teams to success.

Take ownership for store performance through strategic planning and leadership.

What You'll Do

Take ownership for your store's performance through strategic planning and thoughtful leadership
Champion a service-oriented culture that emphasizes relationship building
Drive sales results through the successful recruitment, training, and retention of top-performing talent
Leverage community partnerships and outreach to generate appointments and increase regional brand awareness
Present clear and objective feedback on product and service to both your team and home office leadership
Create a celebratory environment for both the internal and external guest - the "hostess with the mostest"
