Job summary

Scrubs & Beyond is seeking a Key Holder in Durham, NC to support the store leadership team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will help achieve sales targets, manage store operations, and coach team members during your shifts.

You will work 15-29 hours weekly with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The role emphasizes customer connection, merchandising standards, and contributing to a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or sales leadership experience.
• Able to meet personal and store sales goals.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time 15–29 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team in achieving the store sales plan and performance targets in addition to your own personal sales goals
• Support managing expense budgets, payroll control and procedural compliance for the store
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results
• Take on management responsibilities when acting as the manager on duty, which includes coaching and training team members
• Lead through the Kindthread Core Values, inspire innovation, and maintain a high-performance culture
• Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
