STORE/LEAD RECEIVER (Finance)

Provide customer service and supervise all transactions with 3rd party vendors. Monitor store conditions to maintain standards, control inventory, and practice safe food handling. Supervise the night crew and vendors, demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to read manuals and understand instructions
• Basic math and writing skills
• Customer service and communication skills
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Grocery, receiving, and ordering experience

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring inventory and stock conditions
• Checking received products for accuracy and condition
• Processing damaged goods and paperwork
• Assisting with markdowns, 5S process, and inventory management
• Managing DSD ad plans, stock, and vendor communication
• Maintaining safety, temperature logs, and equipment
• Training and supervising staff, collaborating with team members
• Participating in inventory and safety procedures

Supervisory duties (if assigned):

• Evaluating and reviewing staff performance
• Training new staff and managing discipline
• Communicating with management and enforcing policies
• Monitoring security, expenses, and emergency procedures

Salary Range: $27.30 to $27.30
