Job summary

Claire’s is hiring for an Assistant Store Manager role in Minnetonka, MN. You will drive sales, lead a team, and provide outstanding customer service while delivering piercing services through our training program.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations, accurate inventory, and a visually appealing storefront that attracts foot traffic and promotes fashion trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year retail management experience.
• Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist.
• Strong communication and selling skills.
• Ability to stand and lift 25–75 lbs.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities
