Job summary

Shoe Carnival is hiring a Store Lead to supervise a store area and elevate customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will guide a team, keep standards high, and support daily operations.

You will mentor associates, oversee cash handling, and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company programs. This role offers growth toward management and flexible full-/part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence in taking initiative and leading by example.
• At least one year experience in retail, sales, or cash handling (preferred).
• Ability to learn and operate the POS system.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
