Job summary

GameStop in Carlisle, Cumberland County is seeking a Retail Keyholder to assist in managing store operations. This role requires exceptional guest service skills and entails supporting sales, maintaining store organization, and processing transactions via the POS system. A high school diploma is required along with at least 1 year of retail experience. The ideal candidate should also possess video game knowledge and be able to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and support the overall shopping environment.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Promote GameStop's guest benefits and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management.
