The Role You'll Play:

As a Store Lead at Velvet Box, you are a trusted leader who ensures the success of both the customer experience and team performance. Acting as an extension of the Store Manager, you will set the tone for excellence, uphold our brand standards, and foster a highly professional, boutique shopping environment. You'll coach and guide your team to deliver concierge-level service with expertise and grace, creating an inviting and polished experience for every client.

• Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure the store is impeccably maintained, well-stocked, and visually reflective of a boutique, high-end shopping experience.
• Customer Engagement: Foster meaningful, consultative relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
