Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of planograms and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases, collect payment, provide change.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; set up displays and restock as needed.
• Clean the store and assist with general housekeeping.
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under the Store Manager's direction.
• Perform duties of Sales Associate in the absence of the Store Manager.”
