Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months supervisory experience or related training preferred.
• Strong math skills and basic cash handling procedures.
• Familiarity with IBM cash register functions and POS systems.
• Knowledge of safety policies and proper cash control practices.
• Effective interpersonal and written/oral communication.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain displays and plan-o-grams.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and bag merchandise.
• Assist customers in locating items and provide superior service.
• Greet customers, maintain store cleanliness, and safe work environment.
• Open/close store under direction and support cash accountability.
• Support in drive-by and sidewalk display setups and loss prevention.
