• High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 months to 1 year of retail and management work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles including planning and organizing, resource management and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate a variety of equipment including cash registers or scanners and other store machines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve routine customer concerns.
• Maintain store condition and housekeeping, and report equipment issues to management.
• Assist with merchandising, stock rotation, pricing signage and inventory orders.
• Ensure shift sales are recorded accurately and cash handling is correct.
