Dollar General Corporation in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a proactive Cashier/Stocker who can act in a lead capacity when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent, assist in plan-o-gram setup, and deliver exemplary customer service.

The role requires unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, assisting shoppers, operating the cash register and processing payments, and helping maintain a clean, safe store environment while protecting company assets.

Formación

• Strong math skills for calculations and percentages.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.
• Ability to perform IBM cash register functions.
• Knowledge of cash, facility and safety control policies and practices.
• Effective interpersonal and oral & written communication skills.
• Understanding of safety policies and practices.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.
