Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in cash handling and POS systems is desirable.
• Ability to read plan-o-grams and merchandise presentation guidance.

Responsabilités

• Unload trucks and stock shelves, build displays, and restock returned merchandise.
• Operate cash register and bag merchandise; collect payment and make change.
• Open/close store under direction; authorize refunds when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of front-end and store areas.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise and answering questions.
• Maintain register integrity, cash controls, and security practices.
• Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and seasonal displays.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Prepare required paperwork and documentation per guidelines.
