Dollar General seeks a Lead Sales Associate in Omaha to provide exceptional customer service, manage the cash register, stock and display products, and support store operations. You will lead by example when the Store Manager is unavailable and help ensure store profitability.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with purchases, following safety practices, and assisting in planogram upkeep. Prior retail leadership or supervisory alignment is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Six months of supervisory experience or related training is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to read planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to perform basic math including percentages and cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner; handle payments, bag merchandise, assist customers.
• Stock, restock, and rotate merchandise; build displays per planograms.
• Clean the store; manage cleaning duties and sidewalk displays as assigned.
• Assist in planogram implementation and maintenance; follow Store Manager guidance.
• Open and close the store under direction of Store Manager; support in absence of managers.
