Job summary

The Salvation Army in Edina, MN is seeking a Lead Store Sales Associate to support our store management team and maintain efficient store operations with a focus on excellent customer service and daily retail tasks aligned with our mission.

You will assist with product sales, opening/closing procedures, banking duties, inventory turnover, and maintaining displays. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential for success in a full-time role paying $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Support management with product sales and acquisition.
• Implement store opening and closing procedures.
• Handle banking and daily deposits.
• Execute strategies to meet product acquisition, production and sales goals.
• Manage product rotation and inventory turnover.
• Create an enjoyable shopping experience with strong customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain store appearance and displays.
