You will lead a team of clerks, uphold policies, and coach staff to deliver excellent customer service while working toward sales targets. The role requires retail management experience, ability to manage scheduling, and flexibility to support a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience working in a retail setting.
• Ability to travel independently.
• Must regularly stand, walk, and lift a minimum of 25lbs.
• Own reliable source of transportation and communication to help facilitate 24/7 operation.
• Available to help run a 24/7 operation and ensure store is properly staffed at all times.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, selecting, and managing a team of sales oriented clerks.
• Coach Store Clerks on POS procedures, customer service, and suggestive selling.
• Support and enforce all company policies and applicable laws.
• Supervise employees in the Store Manager’s absence and uphold EEOC guidelines.
• Assist in labor scheduling to minimize expenses while maintaining staffing levels.
• Help achieve sales goals and maximize store profitability.
