Job summary

You'll partner with store leadership to model Levi's culture, train new hires, and resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining standards and a safe, welcoming shopping environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create a high energy store experience by engaging consumers and coaching associates on sales training.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in line with policy and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with store manager on elevated consumer issues and training for new hires.
