Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. Westport store seeks a Store Manager on Duty to lead operations, open and close shifts, and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage cash, stock, floor sets, and replenishment while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive process adoption, opening and closing the store as a manager on duty and resolve customer concerns with a positive outcome.
• Manage cash handling and merchandise operations: shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment, and standards.
• Support resolution of customer concerns and partner with Store Manager or ASM on elevated issues.
• Supervise and coach selling culture, customer connection, and service level; oversee the store team in the manager's absence.
• Assess and strategize to drive performance metrics (Conversion, UPT, Sales per hour, etc.).
• Support onboarding of new hires and foster an inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with Home Office and store team on events, community connections, and brand engagement.
• Create a compelling store experience by engaging customers and embodying the company’s core values.
