Torrid in San Antonio seeks a confident Keyholder to support store management, open/close, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This role supports leadership in day-to-day operations and helps drive KPI targets while maintaining a welcoming, fashion-forward store environment.

You’ll lead by example in selling skills, customer service, and product knowledge to boost loyalty and add-on sales. Flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience
• Ability to lead teams to success and drive sales
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced store environment
• Ability to stay fashion-focused and on-trend

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily operations and KPI achievement
• Lead by example in selling skills and customer service to build loyalty
• Assist with merchandise strategy while maintaining a clean, inviting store
• Handle register functions and drive add-on sales
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is absent
• Maintain flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
