Casey’s is seeking a Store Inventory Specialist for the Springfield, MO area. The role involves traveling with a crew to perform physical inventories at various Casey's locations and returning to the home store each day.

You will count products, verify accuracy, and manage inventory in busy retail spaces. Starting pay ranges from $17.25 to $21.00 per hour, with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and pre-employment drug screen required.
• Ability to frequently lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to travel with the inventory crew and work in store environments (cooler/freezer).

Responsibilities

• Participate in physical inventory at multiple Casey's locations.
• Travel with the inventory crew in a company vehicle.
• Record counts and ensure store products are accurately inventoried.
• Meet at home store to start the shift and travel to other stores.
• Be paid from departure to return, with travel and work time covered.

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented team members to join our Springfield, Missouri crew as a Store Inventory Specialist!

What You'll Do:

As part of Casey's Inventory team, you'll play a key role in keeping our stores running smoothly. Scan the QR code below to watch a short video to learn more:

How the Day Works:

Team members meet at a designated Casey's store. From there, the team travels together in a company vehicle to other Casey's locations in the Springfield, MO area to complete a physical inventory of store products. Here's the best part: you're paid the moment you leave the designated store until you return at the end of the day. This means all travel and work time is covered!

Travel Expectations:

Overnight travel of up to three nights per week may be necessary depending on store distance. Company paid lodging and meal per diems are included.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay between $17.25 - 21.00per hour, depending on experience.

• 401(k) with company match of up to 6% offered the first of the month after 90 days of employment.
