Job summary

Casey’s in Springfield, Missouri is seeking dedicated Store Inventory Specialists to join our team full-time. You’ll participate in physical inventories, traveling with a crew to multiple Casey’s locations in the Springfield area, counting stock and recording results.

You’ll be paid from the moment you leave the home store until you return, with overnight travel possible. Starting pay is $17.25 to $21.00 per hour plus benefits, 401(k) matching up to 6%, vacation and sick time, and a team member

Qualifications

• Has valid driver's license and can travel with crew.
• Capable of lifting 25 pounds and standing long periods.
• Works in store environments including coolers/freezers.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventories at Casey’s stores.
• Travel with team to multiple Springfield locations.
• Record inventory results accurately and timely.
• Handle store duties in a fast-paced retail setting.

How The Day Works

Team members meet at a designated Casey’s store. From there, the team travels together in a company vehicle to other Casey’s locations in the Springfield, MO area to complete a physical inventory of store products. Here’s the best part: you’re paid the moment you leave the designated store until you return at the end of the day. This means all travel and work time is covered!

Travel Expectations

Overnight travel of up to three nights per week may be necessary depending on store distance. Company paid lodging and meal per diems are included.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting pay between $17.25 – 21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Ability to meet team at home store location and travel as a crew.
