Aeropostale in Lyndhurst, NJ is seeking a Store Analyst to support the financial plan through monitoring GMROI, sales, and margin. You will review store opportunities and allocate product to drive department performance, ensuring replenishment and allocations are flawless.

You\'ll collaborate with merchants, planners, DCs, and cross-functional partners to optimize mix, depth, and inventory breadth at the store level, while adapting to a fast-paced retail environment and hybrid in-office work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in inventory/allocation or related roles.
• Experience with store-level inventory and allocations.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the store-level inventory plan and allocations.
• Execute initial setup, replenishment, and transfers to maximize sales.
• Analyze weeks in stock, weeks of supply, and open-to-ship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory.
• Present strategies to improve replenishment and future events.
