Job summary

Whole Foods Market, Inc. is seeking a maintenance-focused Team Member to uphold cleanliness and safety across floor, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures and support store programs while delivering courteous, efficient service to customers and Team Members.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, minor repairs, and assisting with supply orders. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Standing/walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Performs all duties on the daily and weekly maintenance lists.
• Supports all teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Participates in ordering supplies required for store maintenance.
• Helps with cleaning emergencies.
• Maintains store landscaping and parking lot.
• Performs continual cleaning of all store departments.
• Arrives on time, appropriately groomed and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
