Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a diligent maintenance team member to uphold cleanliness and safety across the store floor, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices. You will follow SOPs, support programs, and assist with general upkeep while staying customer-focused.

Required are strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; no prior retail experience is needed. Benefits are provided for eligible team members, including health and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in wet and cold environments.
• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Performs all duties on the daily and weekly maintenance lists.
• Supports all teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Maintains store landscaping and parking lot.
• Maintains cleanliness of all store departments.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
