Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, firearms-specific CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will attend and complete all job-required trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door trainings)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening, and feedback to associates.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and customer service using company standards.
• Drive store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Ensure adherence to Open Door Policy and Walmart ethics and integrity standards.
