Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• GMIT and Talent Platform training completed.

Responsibilities

• Hire A players to support objectives for sales and EBITDA.
• Meet or exceed sales budgets and profitability targets.
• Lead labor, shrink, and gross margin management goals.
• Drive customer count and Mystery Shop performance.
• Develop and coach team members, fostering internal growth.
• Execute company programs and merchandising initiatives.
