Responsibilities

• Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
• Ensure food, labor and service goals meet targets.
• Conduct monthly P&L review with direct supervisor.
• Maintain minimum 50-hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day.
• Ensure stores meet Domino’s standards and safety guidelines.
• Staff and train team members across stores.
• Oversee repair and maintenance across stores as needed.
• Implement new products or ideas smoothly across stores.
• Ensure stores operate at top performance levels (4-star minimum).
• Perform periodic self-operations reviews and correct issues promptly.
• Process evaluations and raises as required and file paperwork.
