Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. seeks a General Manager for 550 E. Colfax Ave. overseeing store performance, staffing, training, and compliance with food service standards. The role focuses on achieving food, labor, and service goals, with monthly P&L reviews and accountability for store operations.

The GM will ensure adherence to safety standards, maintenance, and accurate reporting, while driving improvements and implementing new products or ideas across all locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day
• Ensuring all stores meet Domino's Pizza Standards
• Store budgets maintained
• Inventory checks performed on each store each month
• Safety and security procedures followed

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all results in assigned stores
• Insuring food, labor and service goals are within goal
• P&L review with direct supervisor each Month
• Insuring all stores are staffed and training of all team members
• Repair and maintenance in all stores is maintained
• New products or ideas are implemented seamlessly
• Insuring all stores run at a minimum 4 star level
• Follow through of all assignments and timely submission of reports
