Domino's is seeking an Operating Partner/General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single store in Conyers, GA. You will provide leadership, supervise staff, ensure food safety, profitability, and an inclusive, engaged work environment.

You will drive operational standards, manage costs, recruit and develop team members, and use store technologies to deliver great guest experiences while upholding brand expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year GM experience in fast-paced service.
• Knowledge of basic operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing staff.
• Ability to lead team and uphold food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
