Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring a Store General Manager to lead daily store operations, motivate a team, and uphold exceptional customer service and product quality standards. You will drive performance through training, coaching, and accountability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This role includes advancement opportunities through our Management Development Program, aiming at franchise ownership for qualified individuals, with emphasis on training and performance-based growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Good driving record required.
• Some management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash handling, food management, and store cleanliness.
