Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead our store operations, drive outstanding customer service, and uphold exceptional product quality. You will manage the team, ensure franchise standards, and pursue growth through our Management Development Program that offers franchise opportunities to eligible leaders.

Successful managers typically have a year of store leadership and a passion for business ownership.

Qualifications

Valid U.S. employment authorization.
Friendly and works well with others.
Works well under the pressure of a high-paced environment.
Organized with strong time management.
Must work a minimum of 5 closing nights a week, including Fri, Sat, Sun.
Motivational skills and ability to train and develop a team.
Ability to prepare and place store food orders and maintain inventory.
Must follow Domino’s policies and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Lead store operations and team to meet high standards of customer service and product quality.
Drive profitability, manage budgets, and ensure franchise standards are upheld.
Oversee training and development of store staff and scheduling.
Coordinate store purchases, inventory, and vendor relations.
