Job summary

Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business, overseeing all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading the team, setting high customer service standards, and maintaining exceptional product quality. This role emphasizes team leadership, scheduling, inventory, responding to customer concerns, and ensuring uniform store image.

You must work weekends and at least 5 closing nights weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid U.S employment authorization.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Friendly demeanor, motivational skills, and enthusiasm.
• Organized and efficient in time management.
• Preferred restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team.
• Manage employee schedules, ordering, and inventory.
• Ensure exceptional product quality; respond to customer concerns.
• Keep staff in proper image and appearance.
• Respond to store calls promptly; follow Domino's policies.
