Job summary

Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. You'll run every part of your store: leading the team, setting the bar for customer service, and ensuring every pizza is one we're proud of.

Bonuses and incentives are tied to your store's results and profitability. Schedule includes weekends and at least 5 closing shifts per week, with growth paths into franchise ownership or corporate roles.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
• Organized, motivating and steady in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Train and develop your team
• Build schedules, place food orders and manage inventory
• Put product quality above everything else
• Keep the team looking sharp and professional
• Make sure every call is answered on the first ring
• Follow all Team Sharma policies and lead by example
