Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Demonstrated ability in operations and cost management.
• Experience hiring, retaining and developing employees.
• Ability to lead team and enforce food safety protocols.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
