Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a Store General Manager to lead one or more assigned stores in Suffolk, VA, ensuring targets for food, labor, and service are achieved. You will review P&L with your supervisor, manage staffing and training, and oversee daily operations to deliver high-quality customer service.

The role requires a strong focus on maintaining standards, safety, and revenue growth. Expect long hours, leadership of a team, and accountability for store performance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all results in assigned stores.
• Ensure food, labor and service goals meet targets.
• Perform monthly P&L reviews with supervisor.
• Maintain minimum 50-hour work week with off days and on-call time.
• Ensure stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards.
• Staff and train all team members; ensure staffing levels.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance across stores.
• Implement new products or ideas smoothly.
• Maintain store performance above a 4-star level.
• Complete evaluations and raise processes as needed; notify paperwork and DO.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and paperwork at store level.
• Know product and operational standards; ensure safety and security procedures.
