Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens at your store, including cost, inventory, cash controls, profitability and customer relations.
• Follow company policies and set the example for your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness and local store marketing.
• Work well with team members and other store management.
