Domino's in Houston is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and drive profitability while upholding food safety standards. You’ll manage costs, training, scheduling, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to troubleshoot POS and store technology. A valid driver's license is preferred; 18+ years old and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understanding basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and provide overall leadership and supervision.
• Achieve operational standards, food safety, and profitability.
