Job summary

Wendy's in Vicksburg, MS is seeking a General Manager who will execute the store plan to achieve sales, profits, and customer satisfaction by staffing, training, and operating the store to standards.

You will develop local marketing, control costs, train managers and crew, ensure quality, service, and cleanliness, and manage daily operations with a focus on Q.S.C. scores and staff development.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry.

• Writes and manages a development plan for each manager based on position descriptions.
