Job summary

• Develops and executes local store marketing plans and responds to competitors.
• Manages budgets, communicates variances, reviews P&L with staff.
• Maintains quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Trains and mentors staff; implements cost controls and shift management.
• Ensures policies, procedures, safety, and health standards are followed.
