Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a General Manager to oversee the complete operation of a Jersey Mike’s store. You’ll drive sales, ensure quality of service, supervise staff, and uphold customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory ordering, staff training, and leading by example. A high school diploma and food handler certification are preferred; 18+ to operate the slicer.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler required or preferred.
• 2 Year QSR experience preferred or related fast-food background.

Responsibilities

• General Managers are responsible for complete and total store management.
• Oversee store sales, volume, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage profit margin and employee scheduling.
• Place inventory orders and lead employee training.
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
