Job summary

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a dynamic General Manager for our Manteno location at 310 South Creek Drive. You will lead all aspects of operations, drive profitability, and mentor a team of department heads to deliver exceptional service.

You will develop strategic plans, oversee daily operations, manage budgets and P&L, ensure compliance, and build relationships with customers, vendors, and the community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in operations management and process optimization.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry-specific knowledge and experience preferred.
