You will oversee daily operations, staffing, payroll, and workforce development to ensure a superior laundromat experience for customers. The GM will manage schedules, enforce safety and policy compliance, and lead promotions and performance initiatives across the store to achieve business goals.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in retail sales.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team.
• Willing to submit to drug and alcohol screenings when requested.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours.
• Able to lift 35 pounds.
• Able to communicate professionally with customers and associates.
• Ability to train store associates in assigned tasks.
• Flexible schedule.
