Domino's store in Hallandale Beach is hiring a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive profitability, and maintain food safety standards. You will provide leadership to teams, implement operational procedures, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires at least one year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment, strong cost management, staff development, and the ability to lead safety protocols while leveraging store technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations for a single Domino's store.
