Job summary

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead our St. Louis operations at 3930 Lindell Blvd. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced market.

You will develop plans, manage budgets, mentor a diverse team, and build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the community while ensuring compliance and quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• Experience in GM or senior leadership role.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer service
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and high performance culture
• Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance
